When we started Church Life and Church Suppliers Directory in 1986, the web was just a "passing fad." Church Life was first launched as a local newspaper in the Seattle area and then converted to a magazine and separate suppliers directory serving the Pacific Northwest.  In 1997 we migrated to the internet and began a local church and Christian community website with a localized church suppliers' directory. Over the last several years we grew from a local and then regional internet directory. We are now the largest searchable niche market national directory of church suppliers and websites of interest to church leaders. We have over 20,000 supplier links and over 100,000 church leadership contact email addresses for our new Church Life e-Newsletter.

We began the process of building the very best foundation using the latest programming and web search engine technology available.  We built the “Simple is Better” Church Suppliers Directory, an internet yellow pages for church leadership.  In the last couple of years we also acquired several existing supplier directories to build the finest and largest internet directory of products and supplies for churches. The total size of our directory now exceeds 96,000 links.

Serving our target audience of church leaders has seen our traffic grow steadily from a few thousand to over 150,000 direct hits to our searchable database by new and returning church leaders every month.

We have gained prominence in the major search engines as one of the top niche market directories for Church Leadership. Search engine placement (the order in which sources are listed) for the ChurchSuppliersDirectory.com in many instances is in the top ten for links to church suppliers and ministries. Over the last two years we have acquired eleven church supplier domains content and visitor traffic. Right now 78% of new buyers come from the major search engines and from existing traffic to sites that we have acquired and by word of mouth

Because of the tremendous success of ChurchSuppliersDirectory.com over the last several years, we are now preparing to send out our premier edition of the Church Life Newsletter to over 100,000 church leaders.  

In the last two years the email list has grown from 5000 email addresses to well over 100,000 primary contact email addresses.  The collection of church leadership email addresses is a result of regular church leadership traffic and our direct marketing effort via the internet.
